By picking up your orders directly from the Herbalife Dallas Sales Center and delivering them to your HOME NUTRITION CLUB, we help you MINIMIZE THE COST OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING. We also ELIMINATE SALES TAX on your nutritional supplement orders!*
Herbalife Nutrition Club Owners
Once your club is registered and approved, all of your Distributors, Preferred Members, and Customers can add their personal Herbalife orders for delivery to your club using our PICKUP REQUEST.
Directions:
Place your orders at www.myherbalife.com. Write down (or copy and paste) your "ORDER NUMBER" (don't forget the "Y") and "TOTAL VOLUME FOR THIS ORDER".
On the first checkout page, select "Pickup" and "Dallas Sales Center".
In the "Pickup By Name" window, add the name "Karl Maforo/Thomas Snow". Please note that both names must be added for orders to be released from the warehouse. You should add your own phone number.
Do NOT use "Advance Will Call." We will not be able to Pick Up orders in Will Call.
Pricing / Pickup Fee
The pickup fee is based on each individual order.
Midwest Pickup will itemize the order pickup fees to each Nutrition Club and the club owner or representative will be responsible for making payment to Midwest Pickup upon delivery.
Please note that cash is appreciated, but we also accept Venmo.
Please note there is a $40 minimum per club.

On Track Nutrition in Wichita, KS has registered and been approved.
The owner of On Track Nutrition tells all of their Distributors, Preferred Members, and Customers about the shipping and sales tax savings they can achieve by participating with Midwest Pickup.
Prior to Tuesday at 12pm (NOON), 5 members of On Track Nutrition set up their orders with Midwest Pickup using the Pickup Request link.
On Track Nutrition will pay Midwest Pickup $52.00 at time of delivery and the club owner or representative will be responsible for collecting fees from its individual members.
Additional Terms
The deadline for submitting member order(s) is Tuesday at 12pm (NOON). Orders are scheduled to be picked up on Wednesday 2:00 AM. There may be warehouse delays that are completely out of our control, but these are rare.
Members are responsible for entering the correct Pickup Name, Pickup Location (Dallas Sales Center), and Herbalife Order Number during checkout at www.myherbalife.com. Pickup name may change without warning and it will be updated weekly on the Pickup Request page.
ONLY requests made through our PICKUP REQUEST form will be picked up by our drivers and delivered to your nutrition club. We cannot accept call-in requests at this time.
Any time you place a call with Herbalife regarding your order, Herbalife tends to automatically place that order in Advance Will Call. It is your responsibility to make sure they do NOT do that. Emphasize that we place our orders with the night shift in Dallas and we do NOT use their Advance Will Call System.
Most people that do not get their orders filled properly have the wrong pickup name listed (it's NOT your name) or they have placed their order in Advance Will Call. Unfortunately the Dallas night shift does not and will not fill an order placed in Will Call - they are inflexible on this point.
You should double check your order number entered on our pick-up request form. If you have a typo, the Dallas Warehouse will not do anything to resolve it while we are there for pickup - they are inflexible on this point.
Midwest Pickup is not responsible for anything missing from your club's delivery once we leave your site. Nutrition club owners or representatives must check orders carefully to make sure each delivery has the right amount of boxes/bags per the itemized weekly order summary for your club.
Midwest Pickup does not open and manually inspect each box/bag from the warehouse to ensure your order is complete. This would not be practical. Midwest Pickup is simply a pickup/delivery service and will not be held liable for missing items. It is the responsibility of the individual placing the order to work directly with Herbalife on missing items.
While we are not ultimately responsible, Midwest Pickup will definitely assist in the case of "missing items." While this is a rare occurrence, it can happen. In the case you are missing an item, please email a picture of your order sheet with the missing item identified to tara.ball@midwest-pickup.com We will start the dialog with the warehouse and are usually able to obtain the item for you at the next pickup.
Cash payment is appreciated. Midwest Pickup can also receive payment via Venmo.
The pricing schedule is based on Volume Points for each member's order. The nutrition club owner or representative is responsible for payment to Midwest Pickup upon delivery. A minimum fee of $40 per club applies.
The nutrition club owner or representative is then responsible for collecting individual pickup fees from members.
* Herbalife nutritional supplements are considered "food" and are not subject to a sales tax when picked up directly from the Dallas Sales Center. All other products are subject to sales tax.
