Orders placed after NOON on TUESDAY'S will be picked up the following week unless
you have messaged and made special arrangements.
We accept orders every week: Wednesday - Tuesday @ 12 pm (NOON)

Do NOT select Advance Will Call. If your order is in Will Call, we will not be able to pick up your order. Midwest Pickup will coordinate order pickup with the Herbalife Warehouse directly. If you talk to Herbalife, they will place the order in Advance Will Call by DEFAULT. If you hear the words "we will send you a text when the order is ready for pickup," this is a red flag that they have placed the order in Will Call and you must re-emphasize that the order cannot be in Will Call and that it will be picked up from the Night Shift.
If you make ANY change to your order via phone (i.e. pick up name change), you have to send us the associated tracking number along with the Herbalife order number prior to the NOON deadline or the warehouse will not release the order to us on Wednesday morning.
For Combined Orders - Please list all three #'s in the Order # Field on the pickup request (Combined, Retail & Personal)
